The Edmonton Drillers pushed their National Professional Soccer League indoor winning streak to six straight games last night, beating the Montreal Impact 12-6 in front of 4,481 spectators last night at the Skyreach Centre.
Impact striker Mauro Beillo scored his 100th career goal in the NPSL and picked up two assists.
The Impact returns to Montreal today to prepare for its last game before the Christmas break, Tuesday, 11 a.m., at the Molson Centre. For this game, dedicated to Montreal area school kids, all tickets except those in sections reserved for season-ticket hoders will be reduced to $7.
Soccer fans who bring toys to be redistributed to under privileged kids will get an additional $2 rebate.
